Avocado has been for years the hidden nutritional treasure produced on the Island of Crete, rich in beneficial fats, vitamin E and antioxidants, which are preserved unchanged, using exclusively mechanical methods for the production of our Avocado Oil.

Cretan Mythos Organic Avocado Oil is produced from naturally matured avocados, of Fuerte and Hass variety, which are cultivated by small farms in West Crete.

Unrefined and extracted with cold press technique gives the Avocado Oil a mild, soft and buttery taste with its greenish colour from avocados.

Organic Cretan Mythos Avocado Oil perfectly accompanies fresh salads, roasted meats and fish. It can also be used instead of butter in desserts.
