Cretan Nectar Balsamic Cream / Glaze with Fig is made from the combination of aged balsamic vinegar, grape molasses and fig.

This Balsamic glaze has a unique taste and smell and combines perfectly with fresh salads, raw grilled vegetables, roasted or grilled meats and fish.

It can also be used with various cheeses, fruit salads or poured over yoghurt or  cream deserts as a finishing touch.
