The Lianolia is a native olive variety from Corfu, Greece, known for its high quality extra virgin olive oil. These trees are large, vibrant, and have huge trunks, thrive in Corfu's humid climate for hundreds years, and can be found in old groves that are a significant part of the island's cultural heritage. The result is a full of fruity, peppery, and grassy aroma olive oil.

The Koulouris family, since 1903 is proudly producing this exceptional Extra Virgin Olive Oil from olive trees many of them 500 years old. 

This is not just another olive oil for kitchen use, every bottle is awarded for three consecutive years, packed with extremely high polyphenols, more than 1.100mg/kg, with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties and many strong health benefits for the body and brain.

Best way to consume is raw, unheated in salads and for dressing,  a typical daily intake is 1 to 2 tablespoons =15-30 ml
